Soup Making Class

Learn the skills and methods to throwing together the best bowl of soup, by using fresh ingredients and seasonal foods. The knowledgeable and sweet Laurel will show you how to make bone broth, teach soup basics and how to make non processed “cream of” soup base.

Class includes all materials, instructions, and you will go home with a quart of broth, and a pint of “cream of” soup base.

We are now offering HALF OFF on Signature Cocktails on Tuesdays!! Arrive early and grab a drink from one of our many alcoholic and non-alcoholic options! Order dinner from the Red Ark Galley food truck, or add on a charcuterie board that will be ready when the class starts.  **No outside food or beverages are allowed**
